Refund Policy

1. Overview

Qosh AI Solutions LLP ("Qosh", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the Service. This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund for fees paid to Qosh.

By subscribing to any Qosh plan, you agree to this Refund Policy. This policy forms part of and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you submit a refund request within 15 days of the charge date, regardless of whether you are on a monthly or annual plan. Refund requests submitted after 15 days of the charge date will not be eligible.

3. No Refunds After the Eligibility Window

After the applicable refund window has passed (15 days for both monthly and annual plans), all fees are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether you have actively used the Service during that period. Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle are not provided.

If you choose to cancel your subscription after the refund eligibility window, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining period.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Overage charges incurred for page processing in excess of your plan's fair usage limit
  • Fees for any billing cycle that falls outside the refund eligibility window
  • Charges associated with accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use
  • Any applicable taxes (including GST) collected at the time of payment

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@qosh.ai within the applicable refund window. Please include the following in your request:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the charge and the amount paid
  • A brief reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your payment provider's processing times.

6. Discretionary Refunds

In exceptional circumstances — such as significant and demonstrable service failure attributable to Qosh — we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests outside the standard eligibility window on a case-by-case basis. Such consideration does not create any obligation or precedent for future refunds.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at billing@qosh.ai before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through our internal process may result in immediate account suspension. Please refer to Section 5 of our Terms of Use for full details on our chargeback policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
