The problem we are solving
Finance and accounting teams are surrounded by software. Tally. Excel. WhatsApp. Email. GST portals. Bank statements. Each tool does its job well — but none of them talk to each other. So the work of moving data between them falls on people. Hours spent copying, pasting, reconciling, and chasing. Work that is repetitive, error-prone, and — frankly — beneath the skill of the people doing it.
The problem is not that these teams lack good software. The problem is that no one has built the layer that connects all of it.
What Qosh is
Qosh is an infrastructure layer for finance and accounting. Think of it as a hub-and-spoke system — Qosh sits at the centre, integrating with your existing tools on all sides. Your accounting software, your spreadsheets, your document sources, your messaging channels. Instead of manually moving data from one to another, you come to Qosh. You review, you approve, you deploy agents — and everything flows automatically to where it needs to go.
We are not asking you to replace anything you already have. Tally stays. Your existing workflows stay. What changes is the manual effort between them.
Today, Qosh integrates with Tally ERP and WhatsApp. In the future, we will connect with more accounting platforms, ERP systems, and business software — creating a truly unified automation layer for finance teams of every size.
How it works
You configure your agents once. After that, Qosh handles the rest — reading documents, classifying transactions, extracting data, reconciling entries, and pushing clean records back into your accounting software. Your team's job shifts from doing the work to reviewing it. Every AI output can be inspected and confirmed before it affects your books.
Documents can come from anywhere — uploaded directly, sent via WhatsApp, or pulled from connected systems. Your clients and vendors do not need to change how they work. Qosh meets them where they already are.
Where we are headed
Right now, we are focused on accounting automation — document processing, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and compliance workflows. This is the foundation. But the vision is bigger.
We are building towards a world where Qosh becomes the infrastructure layer for the entire finance function — integrating with accounting platforms, spreadsheets, payment processors, e-commerce systems, and more. A world where tasks that take hours today happen in minutes, automatically, with your team in control of every decision that matters.
Who we serve
CA firms and accounting practices
Managing multiple clients, high document volumes, and tight deadlines. Qosh helps CA firms scale their capacity without scaling their headcount.
SMEs and growing businesses
Companies with in-house finance teams who want to stop moving data by hand and start getting their books closed faster.
Mid-market finance teams
Larger organizations dealing with high transaction volumes across multiple entities, looking for automation that fits into their existing systems — not around them.
Privacy, always
Financial data is sensitive. We are not in the business of selling it, mining it, or profiting from it. We are in the business of automating the work around it. Qosh is designed with a data-minimization philosophy, and our local deployment mode means your data can stay entirely within your own environment if you choose.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train third-party AI models. Privacy is not a feature — it is a foundation. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.
